Privacy Policy — Blaze Counter
Last updated: 11 September 2026 · TwinCore Software, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India
Blaze Counter is billing software for fireworks shops. A shop signs in to an account we provide, and the shop's data is stored on a server we run so that the shop's own counters and phones all see the same books.
What is stored
For the business that buys Blaze:
- the account holder's name, phone number and email address
- each shop's name and address
- each staff member's name, phone number and sign-in name
For the shop's own billing:
- items, prices and categories
- bills, payments and refunds
- a customer's name, mobile number and address, when the shop types them in. The shop may add them to any bill, and must when a bill is not paid in full, because a debt that names nobody cannot be collected.
In the app, whatever appears about a customer is what the shopkeeper typed on the bill.
A shop's own website. A shop may also have its own website, run on Blaze, where a customer can send an enquiry. There the customer types their own name and mobile number, and chooses the items. That enquiry goes to the shop, which uses it to phone the customer, confirm it and send the bill. Nothing else is asked for on that website — no address, no email, no payment details — and it is kept and protected exactly like the rest of the shop's data below.
Camera. Used only to scan a product box label so the app can suggest the matching item. The scan runs on the device; photos are not uploaded or stored anywhere.
PINs
A staff PIN is stored only as a one-way hash. Nobody at TwinCore can read a PIN, and we cannot tell a shop what theirs is — it can only be reset.
How it is used
To run the service the shop is paying for, and to support them when they call. Nothing more.
- We do not sell or rent any of it.
- We do not share it with anyone, except where the law requires it.
- We do not use it for advertising, and there is no advertising in the app.
- There is no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting service in the app. It talks to our server and to nothing else.
Where it is
On a server we rent, reached only over an encrypted connection. Each shop's billing data is kept in its own separate database.
The app also keeps a copy on the device, so that a shop can carry on billing during a power cut or when the internet is down. That copy stays on the shop's own computer or phone.
How long
We keep the data while the account exists. If a subscription lapses the shop can still read its own books; nothing is deleted because a payment was missed.
A shop may ask us at any time for a copy of its data, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will do it.
Children
Blaze Counter is business software and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
